Every officer is recruited under Jordanian Labour Law No. 131/1996 and JOEAGLE's HR Recruitment Policy.
02 · Minimum standards
Vetting & background checks
Only officers who pass both vetting and the required training program are deployed to a client site.
Training
No officer is posted without completing JOEAGLE's structured training — customised to each client's site and HSE procedures, with mandatory terrorism-awareness.
Specialized add-ons
Layered onto the core 40-hour program for officers assigned to sensitive or high-risk sites.
All training records — basic, advanced, supervisor, first aid, HSE — are maintained and available to the client on request, with refresher courses run on an ongoing basis.
Command & control
Each project runs on a documented hierarchy — daily shift briefings at every shift change, monthly performance evaluations countersigned by the client's security manager.
